I’m writing to update you following the loss of water experienced in the Wadhurst, Robertsbridge and Etchingham areas.
Customers in the Wadhurst and Hurst Green area should have their supplies restored or are receiving low pressure while the network fills. However, customers in the Filmwell, Robertsbridge and Bodium areas will continue to have no water while we refill the storage tanks and pipelines in the area.
We are in the process of setting up a bottled water station, and we will let you know further details as soon as we can.
Our teams are continuing to proactively deliver bottled water to those customers sign up to our Priority Services Register.
