The WPC would like to thank the members of the public who have used the Fix my Street App and or ‘My Wealden’ website to raise issues with the overflowing bins at The Greyhound Carpark. Your photos and reports have provided important supporting evidence alongside the WPC’s requests for additional bin provision here and Wealden District Council have today agreed to the installation of a second bin at the location. We hope that this will contribute to a reduction in litter at The Greyhound Car Park and help keep our village beautiful.
To help East Sussex County Council and Wealden District Council prioritise resolution of issues in Wadhurst, it helps for as many people as possible to report issues that they see.
The easiest way for residents to report issues is via the ‘Fix My Street’ App which directs concerns to the relevant authority.
