I have just been able to speak to a S E Water Technical Manager (14th June 1020 a.m.). Please see the below update on bottles water supply.
A manned water station is currently being set up at Sparrows Green recreation ground car park, this will be open from approximately 1.30/2 p.m. until 9 p.m. today, and then daily (until it is not required).
If you are a vulnerable resident, on the SE Water Priority Services Register, and you have not had water delivered to you -please email clerk@wadhurst-pc.gov.uk and I will make arrangements with the Manager to get your water delivered.
If you have horses or livestock and require water then please email SE Water customer services and mark it for the attention of the Livestock Team. They are making arrangements for tankers (to replenish your tanks) and ‘arlington’ tanks to be delivered. (They have 18 locations registered so far and are making arrangements for these deliveries).
If you run a plant nursery or similar – please also email SE Water customer services team and request for an ‘arlington’ tank to be delivered.
