The parish council are pleased to say, that after quite a while of making arrangements, the work to replace the bus shelter outside of the train station will start on 23rd January 2023.
The existing shelter will need to be demolished and removed, then following some ground works, a replacement bus shelter will be installed, as arranged by the parish council.
During these works, ESCC are arranging for the bus stop to be suspended – so alternative bus stops will need to be used.
It is hoped that the works will be completed by the second week of February.
