Wealden District Council has launched a new way for residents to suggest trees for protection through a Tree Preservation Order (TPO).
TPOs are a vital tool to protect trees that make a significant contribution to the local area. Once a TPO is in place, it is illegal to cut down, prune, or damage the tree without the Council’s consent. Please click on the following link for further information.
