🌈WEALDEN HERO AWARDS ARE BACK!🌈
I am proud to announce the return of the Wealden Hero Award this summer to celebrate new stories of Wealden residents who have gone above and beyond for the community throughout the pandemic.
The past year has been tremendously difficult for us all in Wealden. Thank you all for your collective efforts to protect our communities and fight the virus from beginning to end.
Last summer, I had the privilege of meeting so many extraordinary Heroes who have been the pillars of our communities at the start of the pandemic. However, since then the country had suffered two more national lockdowns and I know there are many more of you out there who have made personal sacrifices to offer a lifeline to our most vulnerable and self-isolating neighbours.
I am keen that you too get the recognition you deserve. That is why I’m relaunching the 🌈Wealden Hero Awards🌈 this summer.
