| We are very sorry that customers in Wadhurst, Robertsbridge and Etchingham have low tap water pressure or no water.
Here’s the latest update:
Some customers in the Wadhurst, Robertsbridge and Etchingham areas are experiencing water supply issues following multiple burst water pipes.
All burst pipes have now been repaired but resulted in our drinking water storage tanks going empty.
We have redirected water around the network to help restore some supplies in the area.
Bottled water is available from Flimwell Village Hall, Corner Farm Close, Flimwell, Ticehurst, Wadhurst, TN5 7FE until 9pm.
Meanwhile, we are continuing to restore water for the remainder of the customers who are without supplies.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Customers who are signed up to our Priority Services Register will have bottled water delivered directly to their door.
