Dear Parishioners.
We have received the below message from Wealden District Council requesting photos of the Jubilee. I thought it would also be nice to have something on our own parish council website too.
If you would like for any photos to be included, please email them as .jpg images to clerk@wadhurst-pc.gov.uk with a covering comment saying that you are happy for them to be used on the parish council website, and for me to be able to forward them to Wealden too.

June 2022 marks a unique moment in our history, as Her Majesty the Queen becomes the first British monarch to reign for 70 years. To commemorate this historic occasion and in order to leave a picture for posterity of the towns and villages as they were in 2022, we would like to compile a photo archive of our wonderful towns and villages at this time.
We would be most appreciate if you would send us any photos you have or take over the following week that specifically show the town or village centres. Particularly the buildings, shops, houses, green spaces and communities as they are now, or dressed up for the celebrations.
We will gladly credit the photographer if their name is included but will also accept anonymous photos. We may wish to use these images on our social media and as part of any of the Council’s future communications or strategic material
