Wadhurst – High Street – Defibrillator

The defibrillator that the parish council are installing on the outside wall of the Commemoration Hall toilets has been temporarily located on the inside of The Institute (next to the Commemoration Hall), as you enter The Institute it is on the wall on the right hand side. The Institute is open Monday to Saturday 0900-1800 hours.

This is due to the required electrical works and refurbishment of the toilets (works starting later in April), so the defibrillator cannot be installed in its intended location just yet, but we felt it would be better to have it available for daytime hours rather than not at all, for the next few weeks.

The defibrillator has full audio and visual instructions and is very easy to use. It will not give a shock if it is not required. And remember to call 999!
