Additional 220 train services every week on Southeastern

Message from Southeastern:

We’re boosting our timetable again from Sunday 15 December, introducing an additional 44 services each weekday, a total of 220 per week.

The improvements include the introduction of 12 more peak services on the popular and convenient Cannon Street Rounder services each week day along the Greenwich and Sidcup lines. As well as increasing capacity for stations along the route, they improve access to the Elizabeth Line and links the Sidcup route to New Cross and Cannon Street.

There will also be extra trains from Victoria to Orpington at peak times ensuring that all our metro routes have a minimum frequency of four trains per hour.

Two evening services from Charing Cross to Maidstone East will be extended to Ashford International.

The December timetable change is a further increase in service levels for customers across south-east London, Kent and parts of East Sussex. Details of the extra services from December are available in online journey planners and the full timetables have been published on the Southeastern website. Customers are being advised to check their regular train times as there has been several smaller adjustments to provide earlier services into London.
