If you feel you do have a claim please complete our online claim form. It is very important that the claim form is completely and correctly filled out as not doing so may result in your claim being delayed.
Our Claim form can be found on our website at https://www.eastsussexhighways.com/application-forms/claim/make-a-claim and e-mail the form back to customer@eastsussexhighways.com.
We will aim to formally acknowledge the claim within 21 days. Please allow this time to pass before enquiring about your claim.
