East Sussex Highways are carrying our carriageway retexturing works on A267 Mayfield Road, Frant from Danesgate to Pococks Gate.
Retexturing helps improve the grip of the road and increase skid resistance.
Work will start on Monday 27 February and continue for 5 nights.
The road will remain open with temporary traffic lights in place between 7pm and 6am each night.
